Inspire is looking for an Inspire Sales Specialist to join our Member Experience Team! The Inside Sales Specialist is a highly motivated, goal-driven individual. You thrive working autonomously, and are consistently hitting your monthly winback target. You enjoy speaking with members and problem solving. 


  • Contact existing members who may be ending their service and retain them
  • Strategize new ways to contact and retain our members
  • Develop an ownership mentality by contributing daily to the overall strategy of the department
  • Crush monthly sales goals
  • Consistently reinforce the Inspire clean power value proposition and mission to our members
  • Impact our Sales and Marketing channels by providing insightful member feedback


  • Maintain quality average of 90% or better
  • Maintain conversion rate of 70% or better
  • Achieve monthly winback goal


  • 1 year of inbound sales, outbound, or retention experience preferred
  • A desire to change the world through clean energy and empowering people
  • Ability to retain customers and handle challenging calls with positivity and professionalism
  • Understand sales techniques and customer needs
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, constantly changing, startup environment
  • Growth mindset and a desire to grow personally and professionally
  • Detail-oriented with high personal accountability
