About you:
Our senior sales intelligence lead is responsible for determining high level insights into our sales pipeline and translating those insights into action. In this role, you will collaborate with and lead stakeholders across the organization to drive improvements to and accelerate our sales processes to achieve our sales goals more effectively. 
You will be responsible for our sales productivity dashboard and will partner closely with our data analytics team to ensure all elements of the dashboard are built to provide insights to our sales leadership team and to the broader sales enablement team. Your work will drive processes to bridge gaps you identify in our sales pipeline in order to drive more revenue and accelerate customer progression to build deeper relationships. The work you do will help sales reps meet and exceed their goals, alleviate blockers to their everyday work and drive deeper process improvement throughout the organization through stakeholder management and influence in order to hit Convoy's short-term and long-term goals. 
As part of the Sales Enablement Team you will be responsible for driving productivity, quota achievement and engaged selling time. You will be in the drivers seat to craft a program that helps our Sales Team Members achieve to the best of their ability. You will:

  • Build the Shipper Team Productivity Dashboard in collaboration with our Data Analytics Team. 
  • Provide data analysis to assess and report aggregated tactical insights against the productivity dashboard to highlight areas of weakness and process blockers. 
  • Drive action against insights by assembling cross-functional teams to own process improvement initiatives. 
  • Lead process improvement including documentation of that improvement, experimentation, testing, validation and execution/training of those improvements. 
  • Manage all work streams as it relates to process improvement insights in a clear, concise and timely manner. Keeping all stakeholders informed on next steps and milestones. 
  • Measure the success of process improvements in terms of revenue improvement and progress to sales goals. 
  • Communicate improvements, changes and adjustments to sales processes broadly across the organization, including leadership to ensure alignment to new processes. 

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • An entrepreneur who is willing to build, create and experiment to drive cross functional teams in searching for and driving execution of process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience curating, managing and building process documentation that is clear and understandable.
  • Strong analytical skills, good at creating and analyzing business information, creating dashboards, tracking key business metrics. 
  • Exceptional with excel/data management tools. 
  • A proven ability to effectively translate problems into scalable programs that span both business process and technology solutions. 
  • A firm sense of ownership, where you get your hands messy in the details, but do so in service of letting our sales team shine with our customers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A track record of using traditional and emerging communication tools and technologies.
  • 8+ years in driving insights via analytics for sales teams, operations and/or marketing. 
  • 4+ years working with sales teams in a sales role, sales enablement or sales operations. 
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management or a customer facing role.
  • Experience building scalable culture and/or compensation programs from scratch in a startup environment. 
  • BA / BS -  in statistics, computer science, operations research, a business degree or equivalent experience.
