About the Role

  • Cruise is looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to help us define and establish the strategies to create extraordinary Customer Success and Incident Expert teams
  • In this position, you will be responsible for figuring out systems, processes, and tools vital for agents to handle any issues, large and small.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive strategy, alignment and prioritization for the new Customer Success and Incident Expert teams
  • Collaborate with senior management, Marketing, and UX to develop the processes and policies for delivering premier customer service and professional handling of emergency scenarios
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Strategy teams to identify and prioritize the development of tools and systems that will empower agents to handle issues as simple as lost-and-found and as complex as collision response
  • Ensure Training & Quality teams have the resources they need to develop training, and identify the top-line performance metrics they will track to ensure quality
  • Develop the strategies that will drive efficient outcomes for customers grounded in data UX research
  • Test hypotheses, run experiments and implement changes rapidly for continuous improvement of our program to reduce defects and friction throughout the user lifecycle
  • Use analytical tools and skills to develop data-backed strategies to influence multiple teams’ roadmaps without formal ownership or authority over resources

What you must have:

  • 4-7 years of experience in consulting, strategic operations, program management, business intelligence or related experience
  • MBA or Masters in Economics, Finance, Data Science or other quantitative subject area

  • SQL proficiency or ability to learn SQL quickly and independently
