About the Role

Cruise is looking to hire an Executive Recruiting Coordinator! This teammate will support our Executive Business & Operations recruiting efforts, partnering with recruiters and sourcers to build out our business teams. Are you someone with a penchant for ensuring interviews are logistically streamlined and someone that can easily navigate dynamic environments with precision and composure? What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a comfortable and welcoming experience to candidates from the initial point of contact, to guiding them to the finish line, so that each becomes a champion of our brand
  • Supporting our Executive Recruiting Team to provide white-glove service for all candidates
  • Partner with Executive Assistants to ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience
  • Coordinating complex scheduling requests: Interviews, Pre-interview Syncs, Hiring debriefs, and Intake meetings
  • Maintaining a deep level of confidentiality to coordinate high-volume interview requests
  • Continually improving our processes to make every step of our recruiting process exceptional for candidates and fellow employees
  • Maintaining data integrity within systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience in an Administrative/Executive Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator role
  • Remarkably organized and have a keen eye for even the most minute details
  • A resilient and self resourceful ability to troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks
  • Adaptable, able to shift gears at a moment's notice
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior leaders - the ability to develop strong working relationships with other business functions quickly, to operationalize key strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator across all levels of an organization
  • Passionate about self-driving cars and their impact on the world!

Bonus points!

  • Familiarity with an ATS platform (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Familiarity with a scheduling platform (GoodTime preferred)
  • Experience working with a remote recruiting organization
  • Experience organizing career events at universities, conferences, in-house, etc.
