Job Description

Rad Power Bikes, America’s largest e-bike brand, is on a mission to get people riding on radical electric bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone.

We are seeking a Workforce Planner to partner with our Customer Experience and Product Support leadership teams, in order to prepare and produce work volume and staffing forecast dashboards, as well as comparative data on results vs. forecasts. The Workforce Planner makes adjustments and recommendations for optimizing scheduling to maximize service and quality.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Creates reports and dashboards on historical data and forecasting results from applicable systems.
  • Maintains a headcount forecasting model, analyzes and adjusts inputs based on business changes and efficiency projects.
  • Analyzes and develops recommendations for scheduling and uses staffing requirements, call center and operations schedules to determine required staffing levels to ensure the organization's ability to meet operational commitments.
  • In partnership with the People Team. Researches WorkForce Management software and makes recommendations on appropriate adoption. 
  • Creates integrated database tracking tools for staffing shrinkage patterns (vacation, sick, training, etc.) to optimize staffing forecasts. 
  • Maintains holiday patterns forecasts to ensure effective coverage for holidays.

Why You’re Rad (about you):

  • 3 or more years of successful forecasting and planning experience preferably in a high-demand production environment. Bonus points for experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining complex forecasting models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for varied audiences, including executive level.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
