Customer Success Engineer

Tomorrow.io Customer Success Team makes it possible for weather-sensitive industries like technology and on on-demand, construction, aviation, energy, outdoor entertainment, autonomous cars, drones, and other forward-thinking businesses, to operate faster than the speed of weather.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer for our CS tech specialist support team, who has a passion to solve day to day problems, create growth tools, and will design scalable, high quality and easy to maintain internal tools and automation processes that will support Tomorrow.io next-generation needs from a customer success perspective. You’ll work with the other team members to find the best tools and approach to overcome the challenges, and make sure we are building the biggest weather platform in the world.

As a Customer Success Engineer at Tomorrow.io you’ll improve your skills, learn from top-notch engineers, and enrich other team members. You’ll also help improve and automate processes to support the growth based by internal and external tools. T his is an amazing opportunity to take full ownership and execute everything like an entrepreneur.

What you bring:

• BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience supporting a technical product or in technical customer support.
• Experience building apps in a modern programming language (Javascript, Node.js etc) and using web APIs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and solve technical issues with little guidance.
• Experience with Databases (SQL and No-SQL) - advantage.
• Experience with React/Vue/Angular - advantage.
• Team player, quick learner and independent.
