Customer Operations Associate, Europe

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Location: Budapest, Hungary)

CUSTOMER ORDER MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS

• Acts as the main point of contact for customer orders in key European launch markets and ensures close proactive coordination with local sales team
• Ensures that order tracking, compliance with contracts, credit conditions and internal procedures and organizes logistics to execute the delivery via local service providers
• Tracks end-to-end order execution and manages any performance issues and exceptions to successful resolution
• Follows collections and escalates issues to sales team and management
• Keep tracking of deliveries and resolve any operating issues to ensure KPIs are met
• Manage grower and distributor contract establishment in launch markets per established process and legal templates

DEMAND AND SUPPLY PLANNING

• Develops forecast in collaboration with sales team for each season
• Proposes and implements solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
• Manages inventory planning to ensure stock availability for the respective European markets for each season
• Follows production plan and support execution of packing requirements

MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT

• Support European customer operations with required customer, credit and product data management in ERP system

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong focus on delivering superior customer experience; demonstrated can-do problem solving abilities
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain execution
• Proven track record in managing customers, logistics in multiple EU countries
• Experience in managing external service providers in multiple countries
• Autonomous and pro-active work style with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Diligent and autonomous work style and strong prioritization and execution skills
• Solid understanding of ERP system(s), with strong preference for Oracle
• Experience in agriculture is an advantage

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

• English fully proficient (verbal and written)
• Second language at full proficiency (verbal and written) required – one of the following: German, Hungarian, Ukrainian, French
