Job Description

We are looking for a product manager to lead our community-driven e-learning platform for regenerative agriculture.
Climate Farmers is a young, driven impact start-up, with a strong vision for the European agricultural sector. We're building the infrastructure for this scaling regenerative agriculture by developing an open-access knowledge platform, transition finance instruments and the central European regenerative farming community.
Regenerative farming is no longer a niche-topic, but the central element to the European Green Deal and will receive major attention in the coming months and years. Join us in shaping the future of Europe's agricultural sector!

We are a dedicated team with strong backing and a visionary approach. Our community is growing quickly, as is the relevance of the topic. As the product manager, you lead our product team.
You work closely with the CEO and CTO, as well as a team of remote sensing, soil science and modelling experts.

Tasks

  • Continuously develop the product vision together with the CEO and CTO
  • Run regular and ongoing user research to inform product development
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps and wireframes
  • Build feedback processes into product
  • Build on existing agile processes and improve
  • Lead product team together with CTO in scrum process
  • Prepare product vision presentations for investment and internal conversations
  • Team training and capacity building

Requirements

  • Previous experience building a community/e-learning/multi-sided marketplace product
  • Extensive practical experience in agile development processes/Scrum
  • Extensive experience in user research
  • Team leadership experience
  • Personal skills in visualisation/conceptualisation of product visions
  • Clarity and empathy
  • Openness and experience in working with remote teams
  • Experience working with Notion is a plus
  • Ideally previous experience or personal links to the agrifood sector
