Junior Backend Engineer

Tomorrow.io R&D department is focused on building software and products at scale, from infrastructure that handles massive amounts of data to outstanding customer centric user experiences in B2B, B2C and B2D products that change billions of lives worldwide.

We’re looking for a Junior Backend Engineer, who will Design and Create scalable, cost effective, high quality and easy to maintain infrastructure systems that will support Tomorrow,io next-generation needs. You’ll work with the other team members to find the best tools and approach to overcome the challenges, and make sure we are building the biggest weather platform in the world.

As a Junior Backend Engineer at Tomorrow.io, You’ll Improve your skills, learn from top-notch engineers, and enrich other team members. You’ll also help improve and automate the process by detecting inefficiencies, suggesting ways to improve and implement them. This is an amazing opportunity to take full ownership and execute everything like an entrepreneur.

What you bring:

• BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in Server side development ( Golang is a plus!).
  
• Experience in cloud production environment - advantage.
  
• Experience with Databases (SQL and No-SQL).
  
• Team player, quick learner and independent.
