As a member of the GeoInnovation team, the Customer Analytics intern will use analytics and data science skills to elicit insights about multitudes of questions about an Indigo customer’s journey. They will work to understand Indigo’s customer data assets, learn business pain points around customer acquisition, retention, and churn, and build analytical solutions and products to address those pain points.
