Job Description

EnergyHub's Program Marketing team is responsible for delivering digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive customer enrollment in thermostat, electric vehicle and battery-focused demand response programs. These programs empower utilities and their customers to create a clean, distributed energy future, and we're looking for an Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join the team and help us drive these efforts.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with digital marketing skills who wants to contribute to a clean energy focused, mission driven enterprise software company.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients, marketing vendors, and internal teams to launch and run B2C marketing campaigns in both digital and traditional channels
  • Conceptualize campaign messaging and user experience flows, while collaborating with creative stakeholders to develop marketing collateral
  • Build the acquisition marketing playbook to scale EnergyHub’s growing set of EVSE programs
  • Present program marketing plans to utility clients and provide updates on campaign performance
  • Identify and test new marketing channels with an eye towards maximizing ROI
  • Use data and analytics tools to define target audiences and optimize campaign performance

Skills/Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of acquisition marketing experience and a BA/BS
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, like Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager
  • Data-driven mindset with an affinity for Excel and Google Analytics
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills and ability to distill complex concepts into key takeaways for clients and senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and budget

Nice to haves

  • E-commerce and/or energy industry experience 
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
