Reports To

Director Operations (Chartered Accountant) based in Gurugram.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assistance in preparation of GST returns including GSTR 1 &GSTR 3B and GSTR 9 and GST refund filling .
• Assistance in Tax Audit
• Assistance in Prepare journals to be accounted in the books.
• Assistance in Handling Bank queries for export matters
• Assistance in Execute Internal controls and checks as part of the process.
• Assistance in monthly financial closing and sign-off
• Assistance in Monthly Account reconciliation and monthly proofing of related balance sheet accounts.
• Should be able to manage adhoc requests in timely manner.
• Assistance in Followup and data compilation for Qtr/annual Closing Liasioning with various offices & Internal business teams.
• Assist in Projects and initiative
• Assisting in documentation and follow up of significant actions periodically and ensure implementation on timely basis

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

        Proficiency on working in MS – Office (High on Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Good knowledge of Accounting standard, Account finalization & Taxation.

Requirements

Candidate who has completed 1.5 years of Articleship and desirous of joining Industrial training for a minimum period of 12-18 months. Diversified work under guidance of Experienced Finance staff & Director Operations (Chartered Accountant). Looking for CA Final Student appearing for May 2022 Examination or Nov 2022. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with strong work-ethics and commitment. Candidate need to attend office as per Govt/ChargePoint HR guidelines
