 About the Role

NatureDots is seeking a HR-OD Intern to join our NatureDots Team and work closely with our OD & Talent Strategy Division. You will be part of an innovative and highly passionate, small but growing team. We welcome creative problem solvers (or aspiring), encourage curiosity with constant scanning of the environment and network for information and opportunities to create new solutions.

Responsibilities and Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about Human Resources and Organisation Development. Candidates should have high attention to detail, be a proactive problem solver, good in people’s management, and work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The HR-OD Intern will work on

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Identifying organic and paid channels for Tech & non-tech hiring. Performing primary research and cost analysis to identify best fits for NatureDots current and future requirements.
    • Assisting in current recruitment processes by creating job descriptions, posting jobs, scheduling shortlisting discussions with team and interviews.
    • Proposing solutions to reduce hiring TAT and possible automations in recruitment cycle. Performing a comparative analysis on existing ATS systems.
  • Campus Hiring
    • Creating a campus database for the Tech & non-Tech talent pipeline.
    • Connecting with selected campuses to identify timelines and build relationships.
    • Strategizing ways to have a strong campus presence with multiple touch points.
    • Identifying channels to connect with respective campuses' alumni base.
  • Performance Management
    • Adding structure to the performance assessment process
    • Creating role specific performance scorecards based on organizational strategy, org structure and operational processes.
    • Researching on pay for performance plans (short-term incentives) and identifying its merits with respect to our organization structure & culture.
    • Drafting awards & recognition policy.
  • Diversity & Inclusion
    • Suggesting ways to incorporate gender neutral communication in the organisation.
    • Identifying ways to promote D&I in the organisations and complete employee life cycle starting from Pre-hiring stage to termination of employment.
  • Organization Development
    • Working with the team to define organisational values and expected behavioural competencies from employees.
    • Defining technical competencies for existing roles & roles in the pipeline.
    • Identifying methods to access competency gaps for each role and possible learning journeys.
  • Organisation Culture, Employee Engagement & Motivation
    • Researching remote-first organisations & gig economy.
    • In this setting, suggesting ways to ensure

      • Accountability & Ownership
    • Identifying ways to keep a remote workforce engaged and motivated.

Tools: Excellent communication skills both written & verbal, strong computer skills, including full working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages, understanding of fish quality control laboratory related statistical & scientific software will be an add on.

Qualification: Currently pursuing MBA/Masters in HR or recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience. Students with bachelors in HR can also apply.
