The Customer Operations Specialist, Europe (Ukraine) acts as the single point of contact and owns accountability for providing a superior experience to Indigo customers (Growers, Agro-holdings, Distributors) in Ukraine as well as other countries as we continue to expand our commercial presence.    

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as the main point of contact and owns execution of end-to-end order management process
  • Supports commercial/sales team in any pre-contracting documentation, such as offers/quotations, tender submissions etc.
  • Coordinates contract signature between customers and Indigo and ensures documentation is kept in Indigo Systems
  • Ensures order tracking, compliance with contracts, credit conditions and internal procedures and organizes logistics to execute the delivery via local service providers
  • Tracks end-to-end order execution and manages any performance issues and exceptions to successful resolution
  • Coordinates all required documentation for invoicing and collection of performance-based contracts
  • Follows collections via local service provider and escalates issues to sales team and management
  • Track payment receipts and any contract performance obligations
  • Keep tracking of deliveries and resolve any operating issues to ensure KPIs are met
  • Executes documentation and instruction to service partners to timely deliver orders to customers and produce all required documents
  • Communicates and follows-up with customers and service partners throughout order execution
  • Effectively and collaboratively handles customer questions or complaints related to order management, delivery, and documentation
  • Support European customer operations with required customers, credit, and product data management in ERP system

Key Requirements

  • Strong focus on delivering superior customer experience; demonstrated can-do problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in end-to-end supply chain execution
  • Proven track record in managing customers, logistics in multiple EU countries
  • Experience in managing external service providers in multiple countries
  • Autonomous and pro-active work style with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Diligent and autonomous work style and strong prioritization and execution skills
  • Solid understanding of ERP system(s), with strong preference for Oracle
  • Experience in agriculture is an advantage

Language Requirements

  • English fully proficient (verbal and written)
  • Ukrainian and Russian full proficiency (verbal and written) required
