What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is looking for a CyberSecurity Engineer who will build secure products, implement tools, analyze security incidents and remediate vulnerabilities. You will architect, design, consult and implement new security paradigms for systems in a rapidly evolving problem space.This will be an amazing opportunity to define and build secure systems from the ground up from hardware to platform to cloud. The engineer will possess deep technical knowledge and ability and will be tasked with the most demanding projects and design requirements.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

Identifying gaps in security design and reviewing proposed application and IT architecture with an aim to recommend changes or enhancements

•Building cyber security(malware and phishing protection), Security Operations and IAM programs using open source or off the shelf security tools

•Genuine passion for building effective and pragmatic security tools to assess products and services

Requirements

•8+ yearsexperiencein designing and implementing ITand infrastructure security tools

•Understandingof security architecture and systems to connect the dots between hardware, embedded systems, cloud infrastructure and platform

•Experience in Identity and Access Management including enhancing Privileged Identity Management and Session Management.

•Design and implement innovative approaches to endpoint protection, malware detection & mitigation and auditing.

•Configure, manage and optimize logging, monitoring, correlation and alerting tools, and the orchestration through a security information and event management (SIEM) solution.

•Identify, assess, and prioritize IT risks to corporate data and systems, including external threats, internal threats, and exposure to third-party vulnerabilities.

•Review filtered security alerts, provide analysis,determine and track remediation, and escalate as appropriate.

•Work across teams including IT Services, Information Security, and Business units to architect and build security workflows.

•Experienced inlayers of security and the related security threats, exploits and prevention

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence broad range of stakeholders
