We are looking for a Director to lead and scale our People Ops and Analytics function. This critical role will oversee numerous important projects - HRIS implementation, dashboard creation, efficiency improvements - and ensure the continued management and development of our people analytics capabilities. This is not just an analytics and systems role, however; there will be a large amount of change management involved in this role as new systems and processes are brought to life, including a move to manager self-service for many transactional processes.

You Will:

The Director, People Ops and Analytics will be responsible for making systems and processes at Impossible Foods as efficient and user-friendly as possible. This means that you will:
  • Own and manage the Human Resources Information Systems including our LMS platforms, employee survey partners, and our employee data warehouse, among others;
  • Assist in resolution of escalated issues related to users, data integrity, and system performance
  • Lead our people-related technology projects; provide strategic system design recommendations
  • Have day-to-day management of the People Analytics lead and our HRIS Manager
  • Facilitate use of data and analysis in People decisions
  • Lead the development and training of HR systems policies and procedures
  • Formulate and manage the People technology and analytics budget
  • Develop and deliver effective communications and training for users to optimize the effectiveness of systems and tools
  • Develop on-going partnerships with our IT, Payroll and Accounting teams as well as outside consultants and vendors to ensure HR transactions, reporting and data meet the highest standards
  • Analyze, define and document complex business requirements and processes. Ensure traceability of requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR, HRBPs and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate client group feedback to leadership as appropriate.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 10-12 years of experience in HRIS or a similar function including minimum of 3-5 years of management experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience with ADP, Workday, SAP, and other HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Superior stakeholder management skills; you will Interact frequently with internal and external management and senior level customer representatives.
  • Ability to lead effective meetings and briefings for internal and external representatives. Must often coordinate efforts between functional areas or members of an extended project team.
  • Experience with process improvement and agile project management.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to cultivate innovation and motivate change
