We're currently a 20 person team and we'll double this year. We can't do it without you. We need a recruiter to build and operate our sourcing and recruiting pipeline to identify absolute champions and get them on our team. You'll help us grow smart and grow fast. Let's do this!
This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities
- Refine and implement recruiting strategy
- Work closely with managers to write job descriptions for each position
- Source a diverse roster of candidates for each position
- Screen candidates and guide them through the recruiting pipeline
- Develop and promote SilviaTerra's "employer brand"
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources
- Proficiency with an ATS like Lever or Greenhouse
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
