Why We’re RAD (about us): Rad Power Bikes is on a mission to get people onto bikes, electric bikes built for everything and priced for everyone - the weekend warriors, hardcore commuters, and family cyclists. Madly growing and headquartered in Seattle, WA, we seek a gifted ERP Manager to design and implement our Financial & Operational systems backbone. Our newly established ERP and related systems look for an experienced hand to guide us through this hyper-growth phase of our company’s history. Our ERP Manager would be responsible for all foundational systems that move data: Sales Orders, Fulfillments, PO’s, ASN’s etc. This person would partner closely with key business stakeholders and partners to build the future of our forecasting, demand planning and overall growth engine. They would also be managing a team of high-performing individuals and outside resources to get projects shipped on time.
Why You’re RAD (about you):
3+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
5+ years of implementing, maintaining, and supporting ERP systems
A thorough understanding of ERP modules: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and supply chain and inventory
Technical expertise in managing high volume transactions in a retail environment
A solid foundation of NetSuite features: SuiteScript/web services, SQL, CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts
Have experience with various iPaaS systems and middleware

Hands-on experience with GCP, Snowflake, PowerBI/Looker
Hands-on experience with Celigo
Global commerce, you’ve implemented ERP’s around the world
Existing experience with NetSuite’s ARM module
Previous experience with Informatica
Had you been with us last month, you would have:
Worked closely with our TPM’s to deliver project milestones on time
Maintained the NetSuite application and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users
Kept an up-to-date knowledge-base of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration
Developed, tested, and deployed customizations, custom objects, third-party tools/applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
Helped manage the change management and release process of NetSuite and its related ecosystem
Provided front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity & provided ongoing education, training, and help to stakeholders; supported end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, Key Performance Indicators, and dashboards, and maintain proper system access for user roles
