The role of Oracle ERP Business Analyst, Order to Cash (OTC) is to become a trusted advisor for the Finance Operations and Commercial business teams. In this hands-on, techno-functional role, you will be the go-to resource to design, configure and deploy Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP functionality in support of Indigo’s global business model. You will recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP order to cash functionality to meet day-to-day business needs as well as supporting efforts to enable business scaling and transaction automation. You will support end-to-end (E2E) integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP, Indigo platform applications and enterprise business applications including Salesforce CPQ and TMS platforms. You will support cross-functional teams to implement realistic solutions that align with business expectations. In this high-impact role, IT management will look to you to provide input to a technology roadmap that aligns with key business goals and objectives.

 Responsibilities:

  • Drive meetings with business stakeholders to obtain business & functional requirements.
  • Document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
  • Document business & functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Recommend best practices with functional solutions.
  • Document, design, configure and test solutions.
  • Conduct end-user training.
  • Review documents & deliverables from other delivery team members.
  • Prepare and execute Change Management documentation.
  • Leverage Oracle Support resources to research functionality and trouble shoot issues.
  • Support end-to-end (E2E) integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP, Indigo platform applications and enterprise business applications.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle ERP required
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP preferred
  • Hands-on Oracle ERP experience designing and configuring solutions supporting the following business functions:
    • Order Management
    • Billing
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Cash Management
    • Revenue Recognition
    • Settlement
    • Financial month-end closing
  • Proven experience directly collaborating with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, and Commercial Operations
  • Proven experience with change management
  • Experience with system integrations
  • Experience working in a very fast-paced environment
  • International experience preferred
