As the Lead TPM, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of TPMs as well as driving planning and execution across several teams. You will tackle challenging problems and build the foundation that will allow Cruise to scale their commercialization effort. You will lead intra and inter-department cross-functional dependencies and relationships. This role is highly cross-functional where you will be working with partners from across AD Tech including Directors and VPs.

TPMs are responsible for the “when” and the “how” of the program, and hold their teams accountable to deliver on engineering projects to achieve business objectives. At Cruise, we believe in managers who remain deeply technical, and understand the challenges their teams are facing, even though they may not be chipping in directly to the codebase.
