Sourceful helps businesses with product sourcing for their supply chains, from packaging (boxes, tape, envelopes, stationery) to finished goods using technology to digitise and optimise the sourcing flow. 75% of the carbon impact in an industry comes from the supply chain (product and logistics). With the development of new materials, better energy sources and consumer awareness, the momentum is shifting, but we want to accelerate that change.


Sourceful was founded in June 2020 by Wing Chan, Ex-CMO and CTO at The Hut Group (LSE:THG £1Bn in Revenues in 2019) and is Venture Capital backed by some of the leading angels and investors in Europe. 

What we’re looking for 

Like any growing and ambitious business, we work in a fast-paced manner and are looking for self-starters who can manage their own workload and shift priorities on a day-to-day basis. 

We're looking for an ambitious and highly creative content marketing manager who wants to join a mission-driven start-up. This role reports into our Head of Marketing. The role will involve working cross-functionally within the business in order to develop and drive our content strategy. Your responsibilities and our requirements for the role are listed below - take a look!

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to support Sourceful’s growth ambitions, engaging our target audience and driving thought-leadership in the industry.
  • Define content requirements based on customer insights, competitor research, and industry trends, ensuring we continuously provide our audience with the most relevant and useful content in search results.
  • Leverage SEO to support the content strategy.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for content development including blog articles, landing pages, guides, videos, podcasts and more!
  • Measure and report back to stakeholders on the performance of content against set goals and iterate for continuous improvement.

About you

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing digital content for a fast-growing company.
  • Excellent writing ability, experience in writing B2B and B2C content.
  • Understanding of information architecture and user experience best practices.
  • Good working knowledge of content management systems.
  • Experience of initiating, storyboarding, and producing image-led content such as infographics, video, and photography.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Collaborative and communicative – you are confident at engaging with all teams across the company, with customers, with external agencies (PR, Video etc.) and with industry thought-leaders.
  • A keen interest in diving deep on sustainability, even when things get technical.
