About 350 Bay Area

350 Bay Area and its sister organization 350 Bay Area Action seek to disrupt the business as usual inertia that has caused and perpetuates the climate crisis. Our small and mighty staff supports about 40 volunteer leaders who work half- to full-time leading our programs, committees, and local groups, as well as another several hundred who pitch in at slightly lower levels. Thousands of our supporters take actions regularly, or provide financial support. We are a dynamic and growing team doing the work necessary to confront the powers standing between us and real climate solutions that keep justice at the center.
