Responsible for managing the entire gamut of IT activities. Responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure within the organization, leading a team of IT staff/ vendors, determining business requirements for IT systems, managing the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, and eliminating security risks. Exposure in managing IT Managed services, an added advantage.Hardware Solutions:Server, Storage, Security, WAN, Network, Backup(Experience in Installing and Setup Web Servers (Apache and Tomcat), DB Server (MySQL). Setup Git/SVN Repository (Version Control System) • Setting network infra structure) Software Solutions:Virtualization , security, application software, cloud infrastructure Technology:Java, JSP, spring, ASP, PHP, android and iOS development using java and swift.

Responsibilities:

• Ø Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff/ Vendors
• Ø Work on areas of Operations Efficiency for improved application stability.
• Ø Streamlined incident management
• Ø Deliver productivity through optimal resource utilization
• Ø Automated testing practices.
• Ø Experience in implementation of integration of different Entreprise systems
• Ø Experience to switch to different cloud technology and providing integrated solutions
• Ø Develop strategy relating to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems) architecture, and processes
• Ø Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget
• Ø Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
• Ø Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance
• Ø Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
• Ø Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff/ vendors
• Ø Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Ø Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Ø Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
• Ø Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
• Ø Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
• Ø Lead and manage IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
• Ø Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
• Ø endpoint management and identity management
