Job Description

tomorrow.io’s Customer Success Team makes it possible for weather-sensitive industries like technology and on on-demand, construction, aviation, energy, outdoor entertainment, autonomous cars, drones, and other forward-thinking businesses, to operate faster than the speed of weather.

We’re looking for a Technical Support & Customer Success Specialist who will fill a dynamic and essential role, interacting collaboratively with clients, product managers, and R&D to deliver outstanding results and great value. Dedicated to our clients' success and satisfaction, the Customer Success team serves as the main point of contact with our valued customers. The Role requires highly-effective management and people skills coupled with robust multi tasking capabilities. You’ll be a valuable member of the team and the position is one which brings with it an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a lively and challenging environment.

As a Technical Support & Customer Success Manager at tomorrow.io, You’ll be focused on helping triage and close support issues with our customers all around the globe, while also driving success and being a trusted go to contact for our customers in the APAC region.

What you bring:

  • 3 years experience supporting a technical product or in technical customer support.
  • Experience or understanding of software and API platforms of the customers, while diligently working with the internal tools to help facilitate amazing customer experience, Must
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, Fluent English is a must.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Great attention to details, effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fast learner who can understand and articulate technology at any level.
