About the Role

Spin Product Managers lead the definition and the roadmap for our products, be it software or hardware, in strong partnership with our engineering, business and operations teams. We are looking for an exceptionally entrepreneurial Product Manager to innovate and execute strategic MaaS (Mobility as a Service) initiatives for our fast growing, multidisciplinary and highly analytical company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and establish a shared product vision for our MaaS capability across functional teams, from engineers (frontend and backend), designers, analysts, business development, and other stakeholders.
  • Research and become an expert on the complex MaaS space including familiarizing with the partners, industry trends as well as user needs to develop robust solutions. These include technical solutions that are existing (or about to exist) on the market.
  • Socialize roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of stakeholders internal as well as 3rd party partners. This includes communicating with individual contributors as well as with executives. Strives to bring clarity to complex problems through effective communication.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships and BD team to understand the needs and requirements of cities, campuses and partner transit companies regarding data sharing.
  • Collaborate with the Product team, in particular the consumer rider app Product Managers and designers to fully comprehend the impact of our MaaS solutions and bring compelling user experiences to market. Understand the state of the product and improvements that are required to iterate towards a vision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the product management field
  • Minimum of 3 years working on B2B software products and API definition and integration
  • Technical background, including but not limited to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Passionate about mobility and transportation.
  • Ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
  • Comfortable defining, tracking, storing, and analyzing metrics that showcase the success of our products, in collaboration with our Data analysts
  • Strong communication and intuition for strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, and to external stakeholders.
