About the Role

Spin Product Managers lead the definition and the roadmap for our products in strong partnership with our engineering, business and operations teams. We are looking for an exceptionally user-focused Product Manager to streamline our operational workflows and drive productivity initiatives for our fast growing, multidisciplinary and highly analytical company. This role will report into our head of Operations Product Management.


  • Working closely with Operations and Repair staff to understand the workflows involved in operating and maintaining our micro-mobility fleet.
  • Defining features and tools to optimize or automate processes that drive operational efficiencies and new fleet management models.
  • Communicating product roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of stakeholders from partner teams to executive levels.
  • Executing on the roadmap for operational productivity across functional teams, from engineering, design, data science, and operations.
  • Designing and running rapid experiments to discover efficiencies before scaling them across our markets.
  • Creating detailed product usage guidelines and playbooks for Operations.
  • Evaluating third-party labor management and productivity solutions and guiding build vs buy decisions.


  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience with a large portion focused on SaaS or productivity tools.
  • Deep understanding of human-factors and user-centered design processes with an ability to lead and facilitate throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Technical background, including but not limited to a Bachelor's degree in Math/CS or equivalent.
  • Passionate about mobility and transportation.
  • Ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
  • Comfortable defining and analyzing metrics that showcase the success of our products.
  • Strong communication and intuition for strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to end-users, and other audiences.
