It’s an exciting time to join Cervest. Our inaugural product, EarthScanTM, will launch in 2021. EarthScanTM is an automated climate risk impact discovery tool that measures the impact of climate change on physical assets like buildings.

Backed by leading VCs in Europe and the US, Cervest is a climate tech company building the world’s first open access AI-powered Climate Intelligence platform.

Our platform will allow organisations to understand the climate risk across all their assets for any timescale and any scenario, anywhere on Earth. Data engineering plays a crucial role in making this vision a reality. Requirements

We're seeking a technically savvy Customer Success Exec to join our team at an exciting time for the business. You'll be critical to bringing climate intelligence into the climate security market and to making their AI-first platform successful. You will join an agile and truly collaborative commercial team of business development and customer success professionals working with customers to uncover challenges and deliver value. You will play a crucial role in supporting both free and paying users, answering critical questions and educating users on the features, functionalities and value of the climate intelligence. The role offers a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, highly mission-driven team where you’ll have the ability to make a significant impact on the company and its users.

You'll be responsible for..

  • Efficiently and professionally resolving user issues through phone, email and live chat
  • Providing support and guidance to paying and free users on the company system and educating them on Climate Intelligence features, functionalities and value to their business
  • Responding to user questions and ensuring users are getting the most from our product by educating them on use cases and values so they can enhance their business
  • Diagnosing bugs and engaging with our product and engineering teams to resolve them as quickly as possible using established processes
  • Supporting the sales and marketing teams’ efforts by sending marketing qualified leads to the free version of the product
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team when there are potential upselling opportunities
  • Providing feedback on customer needs, issues, trends to product and science teams

You will be customer obsessed and dedicated to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement and retention. You’ll be passionate about addressing climate through data and science and fully understand its role and value to our customers’ businesses.

You’ll also be:

  • Highly responsive

  • Highly analytical - will feel comfortable interpreting, translating and explaining Climate Intelligence to our customers
  • A self-starter and quick learner - you want to become a champion of the platform and develop deep knowledge of it
  • Driven and coachable - you have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful, retain our free and paying users and grow within the team

You'll have experience in

  • Working with customers (Can be in a part-time job)
  • Analysing data or information (Can be from your degree)
  • Using technology (Explaining how to use tech to family or friends, during your degree)

Preferred Skills

  • Academic, professional or voluntary experience in climate change and climate-related issues

We are a remote first company and looking for candidates who would be able to come to our office in London (once travel is sensible) a few times a year using more sustainable transport methods (we’ll help with that) so generally within one time zone of the UK.
