Do Nation is a tiny but well established B Corp running a high-impact climate action platform. We’ve helped over 20,000 people to form healthy, environmentally friendly habits, and have a customer base including the likes of innocent drinks, Siemens, and UCL.
As we emerge from Covid-19, demand for our services is picking up significantly and we’re looking to grow the team, helping more and more organisations to really bake sustainability into their people’s behaviours and priorities.
This is an unusual opportunity to join a small founding team at an exciting stage of rapid but organic and customer-fuelled growth. We’re a fully remote team working to UK time zones.
We’re acting as the key delivery platform for a large, collaborative project, working in partnership with several industry-leading organisations who are providing inputs on design, UX, research, and content. The project is fast paced, with a complex network of teams working towards a high profile launch in October.
We’re looking for an experienced agile project manager to ensure that our development roadmap and partner expectations remain aligned, successfully delivering a series of whitelabeled platforms for launch on schedule.
This is initially a part time role of 3 days a week, with the potential to develop and increase over time.
While the exact range of tasks will evolve over time - as is unavoidable in growing start-ups, key responsibilities will involve:
We’re looking for someone who...
If this sounds like you, then please apply. These are requirements of the role though, so if you’re not able to tick them all off, please don’t apply for this particular role - we’d hate to waste your time.
Do Nation is all about encouraging healthy, environmentally friendly habits. We have developed an online platform where anyone can either make a pledge or run a campaign to raise pledges - pledges to do things like cycling to work, wasting less food, or using reusable coffee cups.
Since 2013 we have been running successful campaigns with organisations including innocent drinks, Pret a Manger, and Network Rail, helping them to encourage their employees to make pledges and save carbon, water, and waste.
We’re a small, nimble, and committed team - two co-founders working in Edinburgh and Chamonix, punching well beyond our weight. We strongly believe in the potential of our unique model to create a wide scale, meaningful impact on one of the most important issues of our time, and we’re hungry to deliver on that.
While we are commercially focused, social impact is the fuel that drives us - and as such, we are proud to be a certified B Corp. We have an attractive employee benefits package, including training budgets, volunteering days, and slow travel policies.
