SUMMARY

Nexamp is looking for a People Operations Administrator who will provide key support to our People team in a variety of areas including Benefits Administration, Compliance, and HRIS reporting. This position will support our exciting growth, as well as build strong relationships within the People team and work with internal stakeholders across all departments and external partners. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage onboarding process including the coordination of new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • Manage the offboarding process including termination documentation and return of Nexamp property and systems.
  • In coordination with brokers (USI), handle benefits administration process including enrollment, premium payment and compliance.
  • Maintain the data integrity of our HRIS and employee records (ADP WorkforceNow ) in terms of data entry, reporting and compliance.
  • Provide data in support of various compliance and best practice audits.
  • Support Nexamp’s immigration process as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed (create/maintain offer letters, post jobs, schedule job fairs).
  • Update and maintain the Team Member Handbook.
  • Process & approve monthly benefit invoices.
  • Facilitate & assist with all PFL & STD claims.
  • Build strong relationships within the People team and among all Nexampers; act as a trusted resource and partner.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented and a team player.

Key qualifications as follows:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the HR/People field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • High level of professionalism; experience handling sensitive and confidential information
