Are you someone who thrives in ambiguity?
As a Talent Partner on the People team you will be a key player in talent outreach activities and the point-of-contact for candidates being introduced to Sila. We will use a consultative approach to collaborate with internal partners to build a pipeline of diverse of candidates across many roles at Sila!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Build, engage, screen, and hire talent, understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to generate ideas, refine job requisitions, and share information that facilitates an innovative sourcing strategy.
- Source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles.
- Be a partner as we advocate for Sila’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives!
- Assess, analyze, and share data to ensure team performance and develop partnerships.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to form relationships and engage internal partners in a consultative way.
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience or equivalent experience in clients facing roles such as sales, business development.
- Technical talent sourcing and engagement experience in an agency or corporate environment.
- An understanding of diversity recruiting fundamentals.
- Expertise in technical or niche talent sourcing techniques in LinkedIn Recruiter (Booleans, Projects, etc.) and knowledge of other sourcing tools and online resources.
- Experience working on highly-technical requisitions within the hardware, semiconductor or renewable energy industry, preferred.
- Ability to understand and thrive in the startup and engineering space.
- Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GSuite experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, copier/printer, etc in a fixed location.
