Rapidly growing and headquartered in Seattle, WA, we are seeking a full-time Senior Manager Operations to join our Mobile and Service team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, read on.
Our Senior Manager, Operations will identify and lead initiatives to improve productivity, service, efficiency, and sales within our Mobile and Service organization. This role is responsible for determining, aligning, and documenting the strategic fit and growth for Mobile and Service across Rad. In addition, this role will identify and eliminate roadblocks to achieving and accelerating that end state. This will include producing and delivering financial analysis, reporting dashboards and supporting growth needs of our Mobile and Service teams (Retail Service, Rad Mobile Services, Rad Certified Service, and Preferred Partner Network). 
This role reports directly to our Director of Mobile, Retails Service and Facilities.

Why You’re Rad (about you):

  • 10+ years of experience in Operations Management with progressively increasing responsibility, including managing teams
  • Skilled at defining and presenting medium and long term hypergrowth strategies and associated risk reduction planning using innovation and “set a new expectation” expectations
  • Ability to deep dive/analyze data and draw conclusions leading to improvement initiative recommendations
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time and project management skills
  • Strong ability to identify growth bottlenecks and build a coalition to eliminate them
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels including presenting ideas and financial analysis to C-suite and Board of Director members
  • Proven experience supporting daily operations in reporting, analysis and forecasting
  • Willingness to speak up even in the midst of adversity

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
  • Previous experience with project management and/or Lean tools and methodologies
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
  • Impeccable written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Establishing tech priorities in concert with the director and working cross functionally to drive tech improvements across service teams yielding increased customer service, productivity, cost savings, and improved workflow
  • Supporting the service team in daily operations with financial planning & analytics; analyzed quantitative data across the different service offerings
  • Developed the Service Roadmap for how Rad uses our Service offerings to create a competitive discriminator
  • Initiating, monitoring and providing analytical support for efficiency and process improvement initiatives
  • Creating and executing team-wide training and development programs to improve employee engagement and retention
