Quality Control Inspector, Cambodia

Madly growing and headquartered in Seattle, WA, USA, we are seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector, Vietnam to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, this might be the role for you! 
Our Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for performing daily product inspections to ensure our contract manufacturers are producing products that meet our stringent quality standards. You’ll report all inspection findings as well as work directly with the factories to make corrections and improvements.  This is a great opportunity to get into a young & rapidly growing company!  

Why You’re Rad (about you):

• 2+ years of experience in a quality control inspector role or equivalent
• Proven track record of developing and/or supporting corrective actions, solutions, and improvements on time 
• Specific experience performing AQL inspections with strict adherence to Specific Inspection Criteria 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional, international teams Tenacious desire to deliver a high quality product on time
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to deal effectively with coworkers, vendors, and customers

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a similar role 
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, build systems and processes from the ground up
• Good oral English skills preferred and excellent written English skills required
• Flexibility to travel within region/country, in order to visit contract manufacturing facilities

• Certification in quality control 
• Automotive, bicycle, or ebike experience

Had you been with us last month, you would have:

• Performed regular quality inspections on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping onsite at our manufacturers, rejecting all products and materials that fail to meet quality standards 
• Documented inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records 
• Assisted in resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner in collaboration with team members globally 
• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of all Rad products in order to complete high quality inspections 
• Recommended improvements to the production process to ensure effective quality control
• Other duties as assigned & required with ability to work overtime when necessary
