University Relations Program Manager

For this University Relations Program Manager position, we are looking for an outside the box thinker that can bring creative ideas to enhance our University Program with a focus on delivering a positive experience for candidates and interns, as well as developing strategic partnerships with institutions to drive awareness about Zoox. The goal is to build a world-class program that is scalable and sustainable for growth with the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive program strategy focused on delivering a stellar candidate experience, and improving our ability to attract early in career talent
• Enhance and develop career development resources available to interns
• Develop a plan focused on creating strategic partnerships with early-in-career institutions and to establish Zoox as a preferred employer destination
• Drive efforts to build an efficient and scalable internship program that aligns with the needs of the internal customer
• Build a comprehensive annual budget plan
• Be responsible for managing and supporting the recruitment efforts with a University Recruiter

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UR Program Management experience, or 5+ years experience as a Campus Recruiter with exposure and administrative experience in managing the full life cycle of an intern program
• Financial analysis experience
• Strong communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Google and/or MS Suite applications

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience using Lever
• General understanding of student visas
• Experience developing high school internship/externship programs
