OVERVIEW
We are seeking a well-rounded Electronics Engineer (Optics) join our multi-disciplinary Soil Carbon and Plant Intelligence team that are working on ambitious, world-changing initiatives. The successful candidate will establish and execute the unprecedented standard and design of optical systems to accelerate various aspects of precision in agricultural production. This position will lead the design of embedded systems, including but not limited to IoT, microcontroller boards, employing PCB design, wired and wireless network setup, sensor selection and power management.

MISSION
To lead the development of our electronic systems to propel our optical architecture through use of IoT initiatives to build a foundation for the facilitation and acceleration of our Soil Carbon and Plant Intelligence function.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Optics Engineer works closely with the engineers and scientists within the multi-disciplinary Research & Development and Soil Carbon groups.
