Founded in Sydney in 2017, Zoomo is leading the world at providing utility e-bikes and after market servicing. We’re a fast growing tech start up with a global footprint across Australia, the US and the UK. We are doubling in size every 6 months!

We are transitioning billions of urban miles from bikes, cars and trucks to smart e-bikes. eBikes are more efficient, more sustainable and now, easily accessible.

THE ROLE

The Bike Builder's job is key to our continued growth and you will play an essential part in ensuring our customers have a great experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembly of new bikes
• Performance of quality control checks following build
• Data entry and process compliance
• Communicate any manufacturers' defect, damage, or missing parts prior to bike build
• Adhere to safety procedures regarding lifting and use of tools and equipment
• Maintain an organized and clean work area

Requirements

• Experience working as a bike mechanic (electric or not), we are willing to consider candidates coming from other fields such as car or motorcycle mechanics.
• Working knowledge of how bikes are assembled
• Relevant industry experience (cycling, food delivery, mobility, technology)
• Flexibility to work across our London locations when required
• A passion for bikes!
