What You Will Be DoingThe Human Resources Specialist role is a ground floor opportunity with room to grow that supports the H.R Generalist and Director in the development, implementation, and execution of Human Resources solutions aligned to the business and People Operations strategy. Working directly with H.R. Generalist and Director the Human Resources Specialist provides Human Resources support, H.R. Systems data entry and maintenance, H.R Data Analytics and overall H.R. Support. Working collaboratively with the People Operations team, the Human Resources Specialist will support HR processes and projects. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas, including H.R. Systems, training, performance management, new hire on-boarding, off-boarding, and data reporting. As a member of the People Operations Team, this role serves on the HR front lines in support of the H.R. Team.

Specific responsibilities include:
Partner with the People Operations team to assist with company wide initiatives (i.e., annual performance review process, employee engagement survey, new programs/policies, etc.)
