ABOUT THE ROLE

As Pledge’s first design hire you'll play a defining role in the user experience of our products and overall brand of Pledge. You'll work in close collaboration with the founders, engineering, marketing and other internal and external stakeholders.

Pledge works with B2B customers across a range of sectors including logistics, travel, e-commerce and fintech amongst others. The role will entail building a deep understanding of our business and our customers’ needs in order to build products that people will love to use and will contribute to the success of the business and the mission.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Leading the design of both our customer facing B2B SaaS products as well our internal admin portal
• Establishing design best practices, design systems, brand guidelines and taking on other design leadership
• Deliver production-ready outputs in 1 to 2 iterations
• Taking ownership of Pledge’s brand identity and driving it forward
• Developing other customer facing assets such as Badges, Counters etc.
• Owning the design of the website (Webflow), transactional emails and other marketing collateral in collaboration with marketing and other stakeholders
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer with skills ranging from UX research to high fidelity visual design and everything in between
• Experience working in a cross-functional product team, ideally building B2B SaaS products
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Worked at a large tech company or high growth startup
• Experience building a team as well as managing and mentoring team members and/or external contractors and freelancers
• Knowledge and experience of industry best practices and tools (e.g. Figma)
