Job Description

Redaptive is searching for a driven, results oriented Director of Sales Operations to join our Go To Market team. The key focus of this role is to collaborate with and be accountable to the GTM leadership team and sales account executives to drive the forecasting, analytics, and to increase the accuracy of revenue projections to maximize sales effectiveness and productivity. An additional responsibility is continuous improvement through processes like data analysis, pipeline and lead management, deal optimization, communication, and reporting. This role will report into the SVP, Sales & Revenue Operations. This self-starter will have a demonstrated track record of supporting teams toward ambitious revenue and product adoption targets, excellent communication skills, exemplary organization and project management skills, and a strategic mindset to prioritize for success.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead sales performance management analysis and reporting for pipeline management and execution against targets, including forecasting and quarterly and annual planning 
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline management, segmentation and targeting, and sales cycle improvements based on metrics and customer and team feedback,  
  • Define and improve sales processes and sales supports from internal teams to improve sales productivity, win rates, and cycle times 

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a Sales Operations role (or business analytics), leveraging process data, customer and team feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Standout communication skills: Listening, presenting, training, and documenting 
  • Project management expertise and process improvement mindset 
  • Analytical, critical thinker, able to ask the right questions and frame a problem 
  • Creative problem solver 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities 
  • Experience with CRM and business management tools (ex: Salesforce.com, Asana, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Strong understanding of sales team motivations and enterprise sales  
  • Excellent relationship and negotiations skills with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Reliable, responsive, driven 
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to working from home for the foreseeable future
