We are always expanding our Robotics Engineering discipline, which plays a crucial part in Terramera's research & development success. This job function demonstrates exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, mechanical & electrical design and prototyping skills. You will receive coaching and guidance from the VP Engineering and current Robotics Engineers and works closely with the functional team leaders in multi-disciplinary environments across the organization. If you have a strong background in Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical or Systems Engineering and proven experience in the design and implementation of automation or robotics-driven platforms, we encourage you to apply!
YOUR MISSION
To design and employ automation devices including stereo cameras, motors and an array of sensors to optimize Research and Development operations as well as interface and write software employing Python and C/C ++ SDKs to enable functional, real-time systems for the facilitation of our advanced bioscience research.
