Madly growing and headquartered in Seattle, WA USA, we are seeking a full-time Finance Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, this might be the role for you! 
Our Finance Manager will provide financial consulting and strategic support to leadership and the various organizations of Rad Power Bikes. Your support will include preparing and presenting periodic budget, forecast and business metric reports. Additionally, as new business opportunities present themselves, the Finance Manager will assist with quantitative analysis (e.g. ROI, price benchmarking, etc) so that our leaders have all the information needed to make the best decisions. Why You’re Rad (about you):

• 7+ years work experience in corporate finance (specifically financial planning & analysis), accounting and/or investment banking
• 3+ years’ experience in reporting and analysis on business results, including performing variance analysis and communicating important takeaways to Senior Leadership
• Extensive experience working in our planning tool (Workday Adaptive Insights), implementing customized reports and dashboards, improving an organization's budget, financial projections and operating forecasts, lead maintenance efforts on ERP connectivity, and train others on platform navigation and utilization
• Experience driving system enhancements by translating business needs into technical requirements and leading initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies
• Collaborate with the People team to identify process improvements for headcount management and analyze metrics
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at any given time to drive results, and a strong bias towards action

Additional Requirements:

• BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics)
• Experience with NetSuite ERP 
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Impeccable oral & written communication skills

You get bonus points for:

• Experience developing, maintaining or benchmarking business metrics
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, and implementing dashboard report

• Maintained a total company rolling budget, communicating updates to relevant business partners
• Managed monthly business reporting, analyzing variances and communicating key takeaways for Leadership
• Developed ad-hoc financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
• Updated monthly metrics and expanded/adjusted the current dashboard based on feedback from leadership
• Worked on several cross-functional project teams to advance various Company wide initiatives and programs
• Other duties as assigned & required
