Reports To

IT Systems Support Manager

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform on-site & remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex system
    problems for end users. Recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
  • Mac and Windows Systems
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end user peripheral devices/printers
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's computing environment.
  • Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user
    workstations and networking issues.
  • Receive and respond to incoming service requests regarding system problems.
  • If necessary, coordinate with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
  • Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to Office365/Outlook
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to OKTA, MFA, BOX , RingCentral, Zoom, Slack, LucidCharts,JIRA, and any other internal company SAAS applications
  • Set up and administration of new hire & onboarding such as new system deployments, desk set ups, and new user account creations for respective applications.
  • Receive and respond to incoming service requests regarding software issues.

 

 

 

 

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Commitment to customer service and IT support
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service and IT support
  • Confident in making decisions and driving issues to resolution
  • Strong and resourceful for troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to accurately convey messages clearly in English both verbally and in writing 
  • Ability to appropriately manage multiple processes to achieve a required goal
  • Focuses and guides self in accomplishing work objectives and tasks
  • Technical/professional expertise is demonstrated through problem-solving skills, applying technical knowledge to address support issues
  • Works effectively with all team members to drive common initiatives and goals
  • Sets high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks
  • Able to work effectively remotely or in the office
  • Ability to follow and create documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • 2-5 years or experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field/training
