Why We’re Rad (about us): 
Rad Power Bikes, America’s largest e-bike brand, is on a mission to get people riding on radical electric bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone.
Lead, support and partner with Customer Service Representatives as they help riders find the right bike and accessories for their needs!

We are looking for:

  • Prior experience in a customer service supervisory role
  • Experience coaching, training and developing current and new team members
  • Passion for building relationships with team members and customers 
  • Skilled in problem solving and de-escalating complex issues
  • Impeccable communication skills across varied mediums

Bonus points for experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Google suite and of course electric bikes or vehicles.
Always willing to help, our Customer Service teams are available to help our riders 7 days a week. Role requires flexibility with scheduling to include weekends and varied shifts. Role is remote, work from home.
