Remote Dispatch Specialist

Rad Power Bikes, America’s largest e-bike brand, is on a mission to get people onto bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone. 
The Remote Dispatch Specialist will provide our Mobile Service customers with an exceptional experience from the first time our service is requested. You will be partnering with approximately four Mobile Service teams, helping with their customer support and scheduling needs. 
This is a fully remote, entry level role that is perfect for humans who love providing first-class customer service and who thrive in a remote but collaborative working environment.
Always willing to help, our Remote Dispatch Specialist team is available to help our riders 7 days a week. Role requires flexibility with scheduling to include weekends. Role is remote, work from home.

We are looking for:

• A friendly, warm and approachable personality with an emphasis on service excellence and teamwork
• Excellent basic computer usage (your desktop is tidy and your email inbox is organized)
• Prior experience in customer service or appointment setting is preferred, but not required
• A love for bikes and riding
