Marketing Designer

We’re looking to bring on a marketing designer who lives and breathes design and creativity, to accelerate the company’s visual language and deliver a world-class branding experience for millions of people around the globe.

As a Marketing Designer, you will be involved in the core process of creating branding for all marketing assets including our websites, graphic assets for web pages and strategic content, and implementing a scalable system to design sales and partner presentations. You’ll also create animations/videos for both the website and social media, work with our B2C team to design social media ads and ensure all design materials align with the key messaging and brand visual language.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication
• 1+ years of proven experience from a startup company, creating brand identity and marketing materials focused on digital products.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of speed to market vs. perfect design in the context of a startup.
• Desire to be collaborative during brainstorming sessions, taking the idea through a concept up to execution.
• Openness and curiosity to learn new skills, methods and abilities.
• A strong online design portfolio consisting of web design, digital marketing and strong graphic principles.
• High level of written and spoken English with strong communication skills
• Great skills in design tools, eg. AI, PS, AE, XD, Sketch etc.
• Experience with Hotjar or similar conversion rate optimization platforms a plus.
