Our focus will be on developing climate resilience tools for various sectors, with agriculture as our initial market. We’re looking for a smart, passionate, team-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead ClimateAi’s sales growth beyond our initial $1M ARR in founder-led sales.
This person’s primary focus will be helping ClimateAi prioritize among market opportunities, iterate on their sales playbook, provide on-going product feedback, and development of the sales team. This role requires someone with the ability to extract signal from noise in highly uncertain environments, combining both analytical and qualitative decision making abilities. We are looking for an individual with deep experience in product-driven solutions selling.
This role will be best suited for someone with entrepreneurial ambitions who want to build the sales team of a fast growing company from scratch.
