The B2B Business Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director of B2B build our fastest growing vertical in the US. This role will drive on B2B strategy, execute operations, expansion throughout the US and managing strategic accounts to ensure the long-term success of our B2B clients. No job should be too small - running across the city to help a customer with a technical problem, or too big - negotiating ‘000 fleet contracts with the world’s largest logistics players – Amazon, DHL – and unicorn startups in the on-demand food and grocery delivery space. You will also need to travel throughout the US to launch new cities with our B2B clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the fast-moving grocery and last-mile delivery space in the US and for you to join a rocket ship startup at the start of its hypergrowth story!

You should be comfortable working in a fast growth start-up and being able to independently be responsible for achieving major milestones like launching new products, and building our operations infrastructure, as well as generating revenue for the business.

Your responsibilities:

  • Set the vision and strategy for our B2B business in the US
  • Execute on that strategy and ensure the team is crystal clear on their part in this growth sprint (KPIs, dashboard people management)
  • Develop the B2B operations and expansion playbook
  • Lead the development and operationalization of B2B products and services
  • Manage after-sale support for strategic B2B accounts
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Represent Zoomo in key discussions
  • Serve as thought partner and sounding board to the Director of B2B to help them drive data-driven decisions
  • Build for scale and work with our Australian HQ on playbooks, product integrations and new product development


  • 2-4+ years of working experience
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment
  • Experience in creating and optimizing processes
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, both within Zoomo and with external accounts. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality. Excited by a growth environment and willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results. Focus on getting things done without needing to rely on established processes
  • Analytical thinking. Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
