Founded in Sydney in 2017, Zoomo is leading the world at providing utility e-bikes and after market servicing. We're a fast growing tech start up with a global footprint across the US, Australia, and the UK. We are doubling in size every 6 months!

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and self-starting product marketer to lead our product marketing efforts globally: Lead development of product messaging, PMO product launches, manage channel messaging (website, ads, CRM, etc), build global product materials. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will be a key member of the marketing team - working with our central product team as well as stakeholders in the US and Europe to roll out our products globally. The role requires experience in product marketing, copywriting, project management and marketing strategy.

To be truly successful in this role you will need to have a solid understanding of the product launch process, advanced stakeholder management skills, and a talent for solving hard problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and business teams to map user journeys, shape product identities, and develop GTM plans.
  • Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly
  • Develop highly polished product marketing materials / product guides globally
  • Craft core messaging and value prop for our products
  • Work with Zoomo’s central and regional teams to ensure our website/crm/channel messaging is sharp.
  • Be the “Voice of Zoomo” creating messaging and materials that bring together our complex range of products and services in the mind of our customers.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, either in-house or within an agency.
  • Product marketing experience is essential (tech is a big plus!)
  • Experience at a start-up or product in a high-growth phase (is a plus!)
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective sales materials, making it easy for customers to understand our product offerings and key positioning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to pick up and lead new projects
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and crafting compelling positioning, thought leadership content and sales assets
  • Data. Data. Data. Making data-driven decisions is second nature to you and you know how to interpret the data to tell a customer story.
  • Familiar with working in G Suite and Hubspot,
  • Ability to create punchy copy that connects with target audiences.
