Your role and your team:

The Finance Project Manager will collaborate very closely with the Head of Finance to define and drive finance related projects to meet Lilium’s ambitious objectives. The role is highly diverse, working on multiple exciting and challenging projects with many stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to draw on profound project management skills, problem solving and relationship building to successfully drive projects to completion on time and to a high quality. This role reports directly to the Head of Finance.

Your Day to Day:

• Work with the Head of Finance to identify, define, prioritise and schedule projects arising both from within the finance team and cross functionally.
• Manage multiple complex finance related projects, including ERP implementation as well other confidential projects
• Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, timeline and budget in collaboration with stakeholders as well as managing external service providers
• Contribute to excellence in project management and delivery and achievement of goals
• Contribute to internal knowledge by sharing best practice

Your Profile:

• Multiple years of experience in project management, ideally in the finance area
• Excellent project management skills with the proven ability to drive projects to successful conclusion
• Experience working in high growth, fast changing or complex environments
• Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and influence laterally
• Detail oriented, hands on mentality
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, make objective assessments and see the big picture
• Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to converse within a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English language essential, German or any other language would be beneficial
