Job Description

Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. As an IT Analyst at Lime you will be at the heart of our growing IT organization. Your responsibilities will include resolving support requests and ensuring that the technology needs of our customers are met.  You will work closely with IT, Security, Engineering and Facilities groups to ensure smooth IT operations. Your positive attitude, creativity, and ability to think critically will elevate our support team. What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site and remote support for our valuable employees
  • Be the first line of support for our enterprise applications including ERP, HRIS, CRM, and suite of SaaS
  • Prioritize assigned tickets and work to resolution
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software problems
  • Participate On/Offboarding processes including new hire training sessions
  • Support telecommunications and teleconferencing systems
  • AV support and coordination for corporate events
  • Assist with inventory and purchasing activities 
  • Support our network and systems team to troubleshoot and maintain office technology
  • Contribute to the creation of support documentation
  • Work with partners to continually improve our support processes

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Solid experience and understanding of enterprise applications
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency with OSX and Windows operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wireless)
  • Experience working within a ticketing system like Zendesk

Nice to have
  • Endpoint management solutions like SCCM, Jamf, Airwatch or Mobile Iron
  • Enterprise applications like Google Apps, Box, Jira, Netsuite, Coupa 
  • Teleconferencing with Zoom
  • Proficiency with a scripting language like Python or PowerShell
