Job Description

ESMC is a non-profit public-private partnership with agricultural supply chain and value chain members collaboratively co-investing in a scalable ecosystem services market program that is science-based, standards-based and producer-facing. ESMC's program ensures generation of high-integrity, credible outcomes-based credits that are quantified and verified to market standards. ESMC's innovative market and protocol design generates soil carbon credits, reduced greenhouse gas credits, water quality credits, and water use conservation credits. By quantifying outcomes and stacking credits growers can be recognized and paid for their multiple benefits to society. ESMC's program is national in scale and covers all major US crop and livestock production systems.

As ESMC Membership Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • ESMC Member targeting, recruitment and Member servicing
    1. Target, recruit, process and service new members
    2. Coordinate with financial team and other ESMC teams to process and on-board new members as necessary
  • Maintain updated ESMC Membership Documents and materials, including member access to Materials in BaseCamp member tile
  • Develop and host monthly new Member Onboarding Process
  • Ongoing Member engagement and servicing via regular check-ins, surveys, focus groups, discussion groups, and/or webinars, and other forms of individual and aggregated engagement and outreach
  • Manage Salesforce to track member
  • Collaborate with ESMC Business Development Director to link member supply and demand needs with business development
  • Coordinate and engage with ESMC staff, including specific engagement with Policy and Communications teams and participation in ESMC Team calls

 

Select Near-term Position Goals and Timelines

 

2 weeks

  • Complete ESMC new team onboarding process and review/familiarize yourself with all onboarding documents
  • Individual Team Member 1:1s to get to know ESMC team
  • Join ESMC team calls, including Pilot, Protocol, Research, Technology and Program Development Team calls

 

1 month

  • Participate in Communications and Policy Team calls
  • Develop Member engagement plan and tracker, set weekly, monthly, quarterly goals
  • Establish tracking system via Salesforce

2 months

  • Develop monthly Member call agendas with ESMC team, and organize call logistics
  • Develop plan for member webinars, focus groups, surveys, and other member communications

3 months

  • Share an ESMC member tracker and reporting system to report regular membership updates and issues of note to ESMC team
    • Share calendar of new and existing member outreach with ESMC team to allow consistent and collective information sharing, updates, communications

FTE Contractor Role

  • Contract: 12-months, full time equivalent
  • No benefits included
  • Salary up to $90k
